Returns and Refunds Policy

All returns must be sent to the Company’s registered address. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify the Company in writing within 14 days of receipt. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in a re-saleable condition. All original packaging, accessories, and seals must be intact. For hygiene and security reasons, products cannot be returned if any security seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where goods show signs of use, damage, or tampering, or where they are returned outside the permitted timeframes.

Non Returnable Items
Goods that have been opened are not eligible for a refund unless they are found to be defective. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive goods that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request evidence of the issue before authorising a return. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds may take 7 working days.

Refunds will cover the cost of the goods only. Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
